5. Payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed there, and are payable in full before we begin. Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor; we never see or store your card details. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
6. Refunds

7. Who owns what
Once you have paid, the report and workbook are yours to use however you like inside your own business, indefinitely — including feeding them to an AI assistant, handing them to a developer, or sharing them internally. You may not resell them, publish them, or present them as your own product.
The templates, methodology and format behind the report remain ours.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to. We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost rankings, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use this service for websites involved in illegal activity, malware distribution, or fraud. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion and refund it in full.
10. Confidentiality
We treat what you tell us about your business as confidential and will not publish it or name you as a client without your written permission.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you buy, and we will keep the "last updated" date accurate.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the Indian courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here removes consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
